Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support. Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients. Develop and maintain in-depth technical product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits. Utilize CRM software and Salesforce automation tools to manage customer relationships and sales processes. Work closely with product development teams to relay customer feedback and influence product enhancements. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and technical documentation. Requirements Proven experience in a sales engineering role with a strong technical background. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms for clients. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Required Education MCOM or equivalent in a related field.
