• Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets.

• Conduct team meetings and training sessions.

• Resolve team issues and support employees in daily tasks.

• Prepare performance reports and updates for management.

• Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.

• Requirements:
  Minimum 1 year of team handling experience (preferred).

• Good communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Salary: 24000 to 28000 + incentive
