Job Summary
INTENSE TECHNOLOGIES is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Sales Executive to promote and sell IT hardware, networking, CCTV, and security solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer requirements and generate leads for IT hardware, networking, and CCTV solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and system integrators.
Conduct client visits and identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, product demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business opportunities.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Mandatory Skills
Basic understanding of computers and IT hardware.
Knowledge of networking hardware and accessories.
Understanding of CCTV systems (IP/Analog), DVRs, NVRs, and related accessories.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
Exposure to CCTV site surveys and installation processes.
Knowledge of access control systems, biometric devices, and fire alarm solutions.
Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
Qualifications
Graduation in any stream.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in IT hardware, networking, CCTV, or related industries.
Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler mandatory.
Fuel and travel allowance as per company policy.
Field-oriented role involving frequent client visits, site surveys, and installations.
Target-driven mindset.
Immediate or short-notice candidates preferred.
Understanding of both IT hardware and security solutions is an advantage.
