Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in plastic industry (Masterbatch) Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
