Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive institutional sales and business growth across assigned territories. The role involves developing relationships with educational institutions, universities, libraries, government departments, and key stakeholders while expanding the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage institutional sales across assigned territories.
Promote books, digital resources, and academic content solutions.
Build relationships with universities, colleges, libraries, and educational organizations.
Meet faculty members, librarians, principals, directors, department heads, and key decision-makers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
Manage distributor and channel partner relationships.
Generate enquiries and convert leads into business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain records of sales activities, meetings, leads, and market intelligence.
Represent the company at seminars, conferences, exhibitions, workshops, and academic events.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
