The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and implementing marketing strategies to drive property sales and rentals in the Chembur Market area. --- Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage potential clients through various sales channels Conduct site visits and property showings Maintain relationships with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns Handle inquiries and follow up on leads effectively Prepare and present proposals to clients Track market trends and competitor activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets --- Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Proven ability to meet sales targets Good knowledge of the local property market Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
