Responsibilities:
:Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, introduce products and services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team, Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into customers, Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team, Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies, Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients, Identify and address customer needs and concerns.
