Security Guard

:Faith Builders and Developers is seeking a highly vigilant and responsible Security Guard to join our Real Estate Department. This full-time position offers a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment for dedicated professionals.

Responsibilities:
Patrolling the premises regularly to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, theft, or unusual activity
Monitoring surveillance systems, access control points, and alarm systems
Responding to emergencies, incidents, and security breaches promptly and effectively
Maintaining accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and visitor information
Enforcing company security policies and procedures
Providing excellent customer service and assistance to visitors and employees
Collaborating with law enforcement and emergency personnel as needed
Conducting routine inspections of security equipment and reporting any malfunctions

Qualifications:
BCOM degree
0.5 years and 1 month of experience as a Security Guard
Additional 0.5 years and 6 months of experience as a Security Guard
Proven ability to maintain a high level of vigilance and attention to detail
Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong situational awareness, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities
Demonstrated physical fitness and stamina to perform duties effectively
Proficiency in operating security equipment and systems
