Role:
An HR Manager takes care of hiring people, managing employees, and making sure everything in the company runs smoothly from an HR side.
Main Responsibilities:
Hire the right candidates for different roles
Post jobs on portals and shortlist candidates
Conduct interviews and coordinate with team managers
Manage employee joining (onboarding) and exit process
Handle employee issues and solve workplace problems
Monitor employee performance and give feedback
Plan training sessions for employee improvement
Take care of attendance, leaves, and salary coordination
Ensure company rules and policies are followed
Maintain employee records and HR documents
Skills Required:

Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes
Time management and decision-making skills
Qualification:
Any degree (MBA in HR is an advantage)
Experience in HR or recruitment preferred
