We?re Hiring ? Tender Executive Location: Surat, Gujarat Company: Oxor Electricals Pvt. Ltd. Salary: ?20,000 ? ?40,000 / month (based on experience) About the Role: We?re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to handle government & railway tendering work ? from document preparation to final submission and coordination. Key Responsibilities: ? Identify & analyze tenders from Govt. portals . ? Prepare technical & financial bids with team coordination. ? Manage tender submissions, EMD/BG, and documentation. ? Maintain records of all tenders & follow-up on results. ? Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely submission. Requirements:). ? 1?5 years experience in tender management (Govt.). ? Strong knowledge of MS Office & tender portals. ? Good communication & coordination skills. Preferred: ? B.E. / B.Tech (Electrical) ? Experience in solar or EPC tenders
