About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, target-driven, and customer-focused Sr. Sales Officer to drive business growth within the assigned territory. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting financial products to business owners and individual customers.
The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has the ability to consistently achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Generate new business through field visits, cold calling, referrals, networking, and channel partners.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Deliver professional product presentations and provide consultative solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in CRM.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales, preferably in:
Banking
Financial Services
NBFC
Insurance
Loan Advisory
B2B/B2C Sales
