Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise the team on a daily basis. Assign tasks and monitor team performance. Achieve team targets and improve productivity. Train, guide, and motivate team members. Handle customer/team-related issues and resolve them effectively. Prepare daily/weekly performance reports. Coordinate with management regarding team progress. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Team Leader/Supervisory experience. Good communication and leadership skills. Strong team management and problem-solving abilities. Target-oriented and responsible approach. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel preferred.
