**Job Description: Telecaller**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Initiate outbound calls to generate leads and appointments.
2. Qualify leads, gather information, and schedule appointments.
3. Handle incoming calls, provide information, and resolve customer queries.
4. Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
5. Exceed daily targets for call volume and appointments generated.
