# Job Description – Telecaller **Position:** Telecaller **Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh **Job Type:** Full-Time **Experience:** Minimum 1 Year **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month ## Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Telecaller** to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, communicating with customers, generating leads, following up with potential clients, and maintaining accurate call records. ## Key Responsibilities * Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. * Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information. * Generate leads and follow up with interested customers. * Maintain regular follow-ups to support business and sales activities. * Explain company products or services clearly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and follow-up activities. * Coordinate with the sales team when required. * Achieve assigned calling and performance targets. * Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. ## Requirements * Minimum **1 year of experience** in Telecalling, Customer Service, Telesales, or a similar role. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to speak **Hindi** clearly; basic English communication is preferred. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer operations. * Good convincing and follow-up skills. * Ability to work in a target-oriented environment. ## Salary & Benefits * **Salary:** ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month * Salary will be based on experience, skills, and interview performance. * Opportunity for professional growth and career development. **Work Location:** Indore, Madhya Pradesh **Employment Type:** Full-Time
