Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle incoming customer enquiries professionally. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information. Follow up with interested customers through calls. Maintain customer details and call records. Schedule appointments or meetings when required. Coordinate with the sales or support team for customer requirements. Maintain daily calling and follow-up reports. Build positive relationships with customers. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge. Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
