We are known for our extensive distribution network of over 25,000 partners. We are looking for dynamic and experienced Female Telecallers to join our team at Tower Square, Indore. Role Overview: As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, handling customer inquiries, and providing exceptional service. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a high level of professionalism and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: ● Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and provide product/service information. ● Handle inbound customer queries, address their concerns, and offer solutions to meet their needs. ● Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions. ● Follow up with leads and convert them into clients. ● Provide information about products and services and guide customers ● Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing issues or complaints promptly and effectively. ● Assist with other administrative tasks as required by the team. Skills and Qualifications: ● Experience: Minimum 6 Months of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. ● Education: Graduate in any stream. ● Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and professional phone manner. ● Fluency: Fluent in Hindi/English. ● Sales Skills: Ability to persuade and influence potential customers effectively. ● Attention to Detail: High accuracy in documenting customer information and interactions. ● Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet set targets while maintaining quality service. ● Team Player: Collaborative and willing to work as part of a team.
