Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and qualifying prospects.
Effectively communicating product information, services, and promotional offers to customers.
Handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing excellent customer service.
Maintaining accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Following up with leads and prospects to convert them into paying customers.
Achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
Collaborating with other team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
