The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers over the phone. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers. Handle inbound customer enquiries professionally. Explain products or services and answer customer queries. Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication. Maintain accurate customer records and call logs. Schedule appointments or coordinate with the sales team when required. Achieve daily call targets and follow company processes. Prepare daily call reports and updates. Eligibility Criteria Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate. Freshers to 1 year of experience can apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
