Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling: Initiating calls to potential or existing customers to offer products, services, or gather feedback.


2. Inbound Calls: Handling incoming inquiries or complaints, providing solutions or directing the customer to the right department.


3. Sales and Lead Generation: Persuading clients to purchase a product, upgrading services, or generating leads for the sales team.


4. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and follow-ups.


5. Customer Support: Addressing customer issues or questions, ensuring high satisfaction levels.



Skills Required

Communication: Clear and professional verbal communication is crucial.

Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.

Persuasion: Convincing and influencing skills to close sales or resolve concerns.

Patience and Resilience: Handling difficult customers and rejection professionally.

Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM tools and basic computer operations for data entry.
