We are looking for a Hindi Telecaller to join our team at GrowUp Company. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing support, and resolving queries related to BPO services. This role offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
Address customer queries, concerns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
Provide clear and relevant information to customers to resolve issues
Work collaboratively with other teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rate
Job Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
0–4 years of experience in telecalling or customer support (Freshers can also apply)
Good Hindi communication skills
Basic knowledge of smartphone or computer
Ability to handle customers politely and professionally
