Responsibilities:
? Handle inbound/ outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner to potential or existing customers to promote and upsell products or services.
? Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
? Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying the problem and offering appropriate solutions.
? Maintain customer records by updating information in company?s Database system or CRM system.
? Meet sales targets through effective lead management and sales strategies.
? Follow up with leads, prospects, and customers to close sales and maintain long-term relationships
? Ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or follow-up requirements in a timely manner.
