Telesales Executive

*Job Title:* Telesales Executive (TME)

*Location:* Noida

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a TME, you will be responsible for generating business opportunities by making outbound calls to non-pitched and non-converted prospects. Your goal will be to convert free listings to paid listings and premium paid listings, driving revenue growth for the company.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Generate appointments for marketing executives by calling free listings and persuading them to register their business with Just Dial.
- Educate customers about the benefits and services of Just Dial.
- Understand customer needs and suggest products related to business advertisement.
- Convert free listings to paid listings and premium paid listings.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance.

*Requirements:*

- Graduate/Undergraduate degree (within 3 months, no exam)
- 0-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in English and Hindi
