The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers. Explain products, services, offers, and benefits to customers. Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions. Generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Follow up with interested customers. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain records of customer calls and interactions. Handle customer queries professionally. Follow company sales processes and guidelines. Maintain positive customer relationships. Required Skills Excellent verbal communication skills. Fluency in Hindi, English, and Telugu is mandatory. Good convincing and negotiation skills. Strong customer-handling skills. Good listening and interpersonal skills. Sales-oriented approach. Ability to achieve targets. Basic computer knowledge. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Requirements Minimum qualification: Intermediate / 12th Pass. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Hindi, English, and Telugu speaking is mandatory.
