**Job Description: Telecaller**

**Responsibilities:**

1. Contact potential customers via phone to generate leads and close sales.
2. Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
3. Manage customer relationships and track progress through the sales pipeline.
4. Perform market research to identify potential clients.
5. Maintain accurate records and reports of all calls and interactions.
