Roles and Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to potential clients: Introducing our company and services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments.
Handling inbound calls: Answering client inquiries, providing information, and resolving queries efficiently.
Maintaining accurate records of client interactions: Updating databases, tracking progress, and generating reports.
Following up with potential clients: Nurturing leads, reminding about appointments, and addressing concerns.
Collaborating with other team members: Sharing information, supporting colleagues, and contributing to team goals.
