Ltd. is hiring a Sales Manager to generate new business opportunities, acquire customers, and drive sales growth for insurance and financial products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills with the ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through lead generation, referrals, networking, and field sales activities. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance and financial products. Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding and after-sales support. Maintain accurate sales records, follow-ups, and CRM updates. Prepare regular sales reports and sales forecasts. Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitor activities. Required Skills Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Customer relationship management and lead generation.
