Drive life insurance sales and achieve assigned business targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners. Monitor team performance and support the achievement of sales objectives. Generate new business opportunities through networking and market development. Guide advisors on insurance products, sales processes, and customer service. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations. Requirements 2–4 years of experience in the insurance or banking sector. Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
