Frontline Supervisor – Service Centre Location: Teliamura, Tripura Workplace: D S Motors, Assam Agartala Road, NH-8, South Pulinpur, Teliamura, Tripura – 799205 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month + Performance Incentives Experience: 1–5+ Years Qualification: 12th Pass; ITI/Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical preferred Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Frontline Supervisor – Service Centre to manage customer handling, workshop coordination, technician activities, and service operations. Candidates with automobile service centre or workshop experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their service requirements. Coordinate job card opening, service progress, and closure. Assign and monitor work for technicians. Coordinate with technicians, spare parts, and service management. Ensure timely vehicle delivery and quality service. Handle customer complaints and follow up on pending jobs. Monitor technician productivity and daily workshop activities. Maintain service reports and customer records. Support customer retention, AMC, and paid service activities. Requirements 1–5+ years of experience in automobile service, workshop, service advisory, or team supervision. Minimum 12th Pass; ITI/Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical preferred. Basic knowledge of automobiles and job cards. Good customer handling and communication skills. Team management and problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of MS Excel/computer operations. Ability to work under pressure and meet service targets.
