Customer Care Executive Location: Teliamura, Tripura Workplace: D S Motors, Assam Agartala Road, NH-8, South Pulinpur, Teliamura, Tripura – 799205 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Performance Incentives Experience: 1–5+ Years Qualification: 12th Pass; Graduation preferred Job Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle customer calls, service reminders, appointments, follow-ups, and customer queries. Candidates with experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, retail, front desk, or automobile customer care are preferred. Key Responsibilities Make service reminder and customer follow-up calls. Handle customer queries professionally and politely. Confirm service appointments and maintain follow-ups. Follow up on sales and service leads. Collect customer feedback and maintain records. Update customer information in CRM/Excel. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when required. Maintain professional relationships with customers. Support customer retention and repeat business. Requirements Minimum 12th Pass; graduation preferred. 1+ year experience in customer service, telecalling, BPO, retail, or front desk preferred. Good communication skills in Bengali and Hindi. Basic English communication preferred. Basic knowledge of computers, MS Excel, and CRM software. Good listening, follow-up, and complaint-handling skills. Professional telephone etiquette.
