Recruit and onboard Agency Leaders (ALs) and Business Associates (BAs).
Develop and manage a strong agency team.
Ensure BM by the help of ALs and BAs are actively sourcing insurance business from the field.
Drive month-on-month business growth and achieve assigned targets consistently.
Monitor team performance and ensure regular activity, recruitment, activation, and business generation.
Contribute to the overall profitability and growth of the branch and the company.
Build a strong pipeline of new recruits and business opportunities for sustainable growth.
