Field Recruiter

Key Requirements:  Strong experience in field hiring (Retail, FMCG, Quick Commerce, or Warehouse preferred)  Good knowledge of local areas/markets in Ahmedabad or Vadodara or Surat  Must be comfortable in Hindi, Gujarati  Bike & Valid Driving License (DL) Mandatory  Ready for on-ground recruitment (field visits, local sourcing, market hiring, etc.)
