Job Opportunity: Retail Partner (Team Leader) - Work from Home

Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to oversee various operations including recruitment, training, business operations, management, and team leadership.

Salary:(After promoted as Retail Partner)
₹19,000 (₹12,000 + ₹7,000) including allowances

Recruitment Process:

Interview
IRDAI Exam (Fee: ₹567) at NSE-IT Center (near your location)
On-the-job training (OJT)
Location: Work from Home

Head office Pune Maharashtra
Zonal office Kolkata

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days a week)
Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Additional Information:

The job is fully remote.
After selection, candidates must take the IRDAI exam to start with an Insurance Consultant (IC) designation.
The company offers 7 days of training and product sessions to prepare for the exam.
Support from experienced seniors, WhatsApp groups, IRDAI Exam app, mock series, and study materials will be provided.
On-the-Job Training (Internship):

Duration: Approximately 3 months
Mode: Training will be conducted via ZOOM
Stipend: ₹90,000 to ₹1,05,000 based on performance and business generation of ₹3 lakh
