1. Source and screen candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
2. Schedule and conduct phone screenings and interviews
3. Assist with candidate onboarding and offer process
4. Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics
5. Support recruitment marketing initiatives
