Job Functions 1. You Have to Complete Two Criteria in ON JOB TRAINING (OJT) Period to Get Promotion. 2. Sales And Recruitment 3. Maximum Time Period of OJT is of 3Months. 4. You Have to do Only 6 Policy sales in On Job Training with minimum Premium Amount of 40K. You will get 35% Bonus on the sale of every policy. (Company will not give Data for Policy Sale) 5. You Have to Recruit 4 People (IC) on Company Given Data and Activate with one 40K policy login. 6. After Completing Both Criteria, You Will Be Promoted to Business Development Manager (RP). 7. As a Business Development Manager, You Have to Manage, Motivate and Guide the Team and Generate Business from Team. 8. Business Development Manager (RP) Salary: 19,000 (Fixed) +Higher Incentives+ PF+GR+ ESIC, Rewards, Recognition And contests held by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
