Sales Manager

Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop strong client relationships. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, team handling, business development, and achieving targets. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets. Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance. Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Identify potential customers and convert leads into successful business opportunities. Monitor daily sales activities, calls, meetings, and conversions. Set individual and team targets and regularly review performance. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations. Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Ensure proper follow-up with prospects and timely closure of deals. Train and guide team members to improve their sales and communication skills.
