*Agency Manager (Health Insurance) – Roles & Responsibilities*
1. Agency Channel Development

Create and manage a network of insurance agents in assigned territory.

Guide agents to generate consistent business.

2. Sales Growth

Achieve individual and team business targets.

Plan strategies for:

Lead generation

Business volume improvement

Increasing renewals

3. Training & Activation

Train agents to be active and productive.

Conduct product refreshers, compliance training, and field mentoring.

4. Field Support & Joint Calls

Accompany agents on client visits to support deal closures.

Help them with presentations and customer handling.

5. Performance Review

Monitor month-on-month performance.

Take corrective actions for low-performing agents.

6. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all KYC, proposal forms, and documents are properly submitted.

Maintain discipline and regulatory guidelines
