• Lead Generation: Identify prospective customers, qualify their interest, and schedule follow-up appointments for the senior sales team.
• Query Resolution: Patiently address customer doubts, handle objections professionally, and provide accurate information about premiums and policy terms.
• Database Management: Accurately record every interaction, update lead statuses, and maintain a clean database in MS Excel or our CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Follow up with existing or interested clients to ensure a seamless and positive experience with our brand.
