Job Description: Telecaller (Freshers Welcome) Location: Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District Company: Panacorp Software Solutions Job Summary: We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Telecallers. The role involves building and maintaining strong customer relationships through effective communication. Candidates with a passion for customer service and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Contacting: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services. Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide relevant information. Communicating: Build rapport with customers through professional and friendly interactions. Address customer questions and concerns efficiently. Recording: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the database. Following Up: Follow up with customers to ensure engagement and maintain a strong relationship. Achieving Targets: Meet daily and monthly call targets set by the management team. Qualifications: Freshers with any degree are welcome. Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in regional languages is a plus. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word). Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
