Collection Executive

**Job Title:** Collection Executive

**Responsibilities:**

1. Contact and negotiate with delinquent customers to collect overdue payments.
2. Research and gather information on customers' payment histories and financial situations.
3. Develop and implement collection strategies to maximize recovery.
4. Seek legal remedies when necessary, including filing lawsuits and garnishing wages.
